If unopened, it can be returned 7- Prepaid payment via Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Tamara, or Tabi in case of manipulation, non-receipt of the order, or cancellation by you. If the shipment is returned to us, a shipping fee of 32 SAR for Otter Aramex, 32 SAR for SMSA will be deducted, and the amount will be refunded minus the shipping cost according to the shipping company chosen by the customer. The return or cancellation fee from the customer is the sum of the shipping fee plus the electronic payment gateway fee paid via Mada, Visa, or MasterCard 8- Cash on delivery service is available only if the delivery fee is paid as a deposit by purchasing an STC recharge card, transferring via STC Pay, or through Al Rajhi Bank 9- In case of manipulation or non-receipt of the order, or cancellation by you, the paid amount will be forfeited to the shipping company because they will deduct it even if you did not receive the order. The full amount of 40 SAR for small shipments and large shipments, bicycles starting from 50 SAR, paid in advance as a deposit of 38 SAR. Upon receipt of your order, you pay a COD fee of 12 SAR. The customer bears the full shipping and delivery cost for small shipments, which is 40 SAR. To proceed with the service, pay 28.75 SAR for shipping fees, and upon receipt, pay an additional COD fee of 11.25 SAR.
